Orders placed before 3pm EST are processed the same day and shipped same day. This does not include weekends
Weekends, Federal Holidays, Christmas, New Year, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving holidays are excluded from processing and shipping of orders

Can I track my orders?
Yes, you can. Create an account and keep track of all your current and future orders or track your orders with your provided tracking number emailed to you
Wrong or undeliverable address
If you provide us with a wrong or undeliverable address, we will contact you to verify the address before attempting again. If the package is returned again marked "undeliverable or wrong address" we will issue you a refund less shipping.
Where is my order?
Allow up to 24hrs for your shipment to be populated into the shipping company tracking system.
International orders should allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be active
