Can I track my orders?

Yes, you can. Create an account and keep track of all your current and future orders or track your orders with your provided tracking number emailed to you

Wrong or undeliverable address

If you provide us with a wrong or undeliverable address, we will contact you to verify the address before attempting again. If the package is returned again marked "undeliverable or wrong address" we will issue you a refund less shipping.

Where is my order?

Allow up to 24hrs for your shipment to be populated into the shipping company tracking system.

International orders should allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be active

We do not accept international returns after 14 days.

Full set, products in boxes, and special collection must be returned in original packaging. Failure to do so voids the return. It must be returned in the original packaging as received.

We do not accept returns of empty bottles. Some customers return empty bottles for a refund and later come back to order again. For that reason, we no longer accept emptied product bottles.

Please, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is a problem with the packaging or content. Failure to do so will void your return or replacement.

Please, do not send items after 30 days as they will be returned to you.
